We use a flat rate for shipping outside the UK or US. If you end up paying too much for shipping for any reason (whether you're in the UK or not), such as because you've bought multiple items that can be sent together, we will refund the extra, minus the cost of packaging, after your order has been processed.

Where a location outside the UK allows for tracking, we are not responsible should packages go missing or are significantly delayed, and unfortunately cannot offer refunds. Please follow up with the postal service in your country using the tracking reference we supplied when shipping your order.
